ritical to the success of its broader employee learning programs.

"Today's biopharmaceutical environment is extremely demanding," said Doug Cable, Senior Director of Human Resources, Cangene Corporation. "With TrackWise software, our employees are actively involved in their own training, while the system records all training information for quality and regulatory purposes. Management and employees have the ability to map out individual growth paths as they progress within the company and to develop skills that will serve them and Cangene in the years to come."

Cangene's implementation of TrackWise software as a training tool was honored with a TrackWise Innovation Award at Sparta's Seventh Annual TrackWise User Conference.

"The training functionality built into our TrackWise enterprise quality management software is proving to be a critical tool for organizations in regulated industries, and we continuously see ways in which companies like Cangene have implemented the software for their own tailored training initiatives," said Mike Jovanis, vice president, Product Management, Sparta Systems. "We plan to work closely with the company as it expands its use of the software to further leverage its investment in TrackWise as a key enterprise solution."
