Sparta Systems Selected by Genzyme to Optimize Quality Assurance Processes with TrackWise

HOLMDEL, N.J., June 30 /PRNewswire/ -- Sparta Systems, Inc. (Sparta), the maker of TrackWise(R) and the market leader in enterprise quality and compliance management software, today announced that Genzyme, a world-leading biotechnology company, has selected Sparta Systems to enhance its quality management program.

Genzyme purchased TrackWise to handle Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) as well as deviations and investigations. The TrackWise solution was chosen to replace an existing solution and legacy systems due to its ease of use, extensive reporting capabilities, user interface and industry standard acceptance.

According to Dave Dentino, director, quality and technical operations systems at Genzyme Corporation, "TrackWise has already proven itself through user acceptance and ease of configuration. We have already realized a benefit through the ease with which the system enabled global harmonization of our business processes."
