The mission of the Institute is to offer a comprehensive center for medical care and treatment of spinal disorders by focusing on research, education and the newest technologies in minimally invasive surgeries. "We only perform surgery as a final option," says Eidelson. "In most cases, non surgical methods are highly successful and only 10% of our patients actually require surgery."

We specialize in the most efficient, advanced and minimally-invasive spinal treatments and surgical procedures available today," Eidelson says.

A champion of IPD procedures, considered the "Miracle Cure" for spinal stenosis, Eidelson founded the Orthospine Institute on the principle of making minimally-invasive and technologically-advanced surgical procedures available to patients in order to provide a fast rehabilitation time and a 100% return to their normal level of activity. After undergoing an IPD procedure, patients are usually back at home the next day and returning to their
