SoundConnect Announces New Not-For-Profit Customer in Smart Card Alliance

SoundConnect has brought on a not-for-profit customer in Smart Card Alliance. An existing customer, who knew that the products and services SoundConnect offers would not only meet Smart Card Alliance’s needs, but also exceed them, referred SoundConnect to Smart Card Alliance.

Smart Card Alliance was in search of a conferencing provider for operator assisted calls as well as reservationless audio and web conferencing.

According to SoundConnect President Tom Sullivan, “SoundConnect moved in to not only provide these industry-leading services to Smart Card Alliance, but to provide exceptional customer support service as well. When Smart Card Alliance joined the SoundConnect family, SoundConnect became committed to providing customer service long after the sale was finalized.”

Debra Marshall, Manager, Communications at Smart Card Alliance stated, “We are a global organization, with members and staff who work remotely. We maintain constant touch with each other through conference calls during the week, and we’ve been absolutely delighted with SoundConnect’s service. We travel throughout the country at least once a month for conferences and events, and provide dial-in numbers to those who are unable to participate in person. We’ve never had an issue with any of the technical services provided. In terms of customer service, I’ve found SoundConnect to be extremely responsive and professional from beginning to end. I always alert our rep when we will be traveling and need bridge numbers or operated-assisted calls, and she (Beth Peters) is in a large part responsible for the success of these calls. She reaches out to me before and after events to ensure that we have everything we need for follow-up, such as call recordings or participants. This is a technically excellent company with the people skills to match. We are so pleased with SoundConnect.”
