Online forum will review common U.S. laws on research and process labs and

offer practical compliance solutions

ST. LOUIS, Sept. 5 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Sigma-Aldrich (Nasdaq: SIAL), in association with Lab Manager Magazine, will present a Web conference on laboratory compliance strategies on September 19, 2007, at 1 p.m. EST. The online conference will review common U.S. federal laws pertaining to the research and process laboratories and provide attendees with practical compliance solutions. The speaker, George Bleazard, Corporate Director of Environmental Compliance, Health, Safety, and Security for Sigma-Aldrich, will discuss laws and compliance solutions from OSHA, EPA, CDC, the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission, and the U.S. Department of Homeland Security.
