Shandong Zhouyuan Seed and Nursery Co., Ltd. Signs an Agreement with Linyi Company

LAIZHOU, China, Sept. 17 /Xinhua-PRNewswire/ -- Shandong Zhouyuan Seed and Nursery Co., Ltd. (OTC Bulletin Board: SZSN) ("SZSN" or "Parent Corporation") which is incorporated in the State of Delaware, announced that its operating subsidiary company in China, Shandong Zhouyuan Seed and Nursery Co., Ltd. ("Zhouyuan" or "the Company"), had signed a new sales and distribution agreement with Linyi Kun Yuan Seeds Co., Ltd. ("Kun Yuan") on August 6, 2007. Kun Yuan is authorized as an exclusive sales agent to sell and promote Zhouyuan's seed products in the Linyi area of Shandong Province. Thus Zhouyuan has established its sales and distribution networks all over the Shandong province with a total of more than 15 agents in the province to deliver the most advanced products and specialized customer services to customers in the area.

Linyi Kun Yuan Seeds Co., Ltd. specializes in the sale, and distribution of seed and fertilizer products in the Linyi area of Shandong Province. It also promotes new agricultural technologies and distributes updated agriculture information to customers. Kun Yuan is the one of the biggest agriculture service enterprises. It possesses a dominant distribution network in the Linyi area and has nearly 20% of the seed distribution market share.

"After successfully signing the agreement with Kun Yuan, Zhouyuan will have the ability to sell the products in the Linyi area, providing new local channels in the area. This will give Zhouyuan the ability to produce and cross-sell its own suite of agricultural products with an established brand," stated Mr. Wang Zhigang, President of SZSN.
