SeraCare Announces the Election of Joseph Nemmers and Kevin Hrusovsky to the Board of Directors

MILFORD, Mass., May 11, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- SeraCare Life Sciences, Inc. (NASDAQ: SRLS), a global life sciences company providing vital products and services to facilitate the discovery, development and production of human diagnostics and therapeutics, today announced the election of Joseph Nemmers and Kevin Hrusovsky to its Board of Directors. Additionally, SeraCare announced that Mr. Nemmers has been appointed to the position of Chairman of the Board. Mr. Nemmers and Mr. Hrusovsky bring extensive industry experience directly related to SeraCare's business.
