Sequenom Announces Participation at the Jefferies Global Healthcare Conference

SAN DIEGO, May 29, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Sequenom, Inc. (NASDAQ: SQNM), a life sciences company providing innovative genetic analysis solutions, today announced the Company's participation at the Jefferies 2012 Global Healthcare Conference at the Grand Hyatt in New York, NY on June 4-7, 2012.

Harry F. Hixson, Jr., Ph.D., Chairman and CEO, will present on Monday, June 4, 2012 beginning at 11:00 a.m. ET, to provide an overview of and update on the Company.  The presentation is expected to last approximately 30 minutes and will be webcast live through the "Investors" section of the Sequenom website at www.sequenom.com. An audio replay will be available for 30 days following the initial presentation webcast.
