Semiconductor technology for ULSIC and TFT conference
Date:1/12/2011

of Abstracts

Abstracts for either oral or poster presentations are invited. Abstracts should be detailed (approximately 300 words) and should include specific results and conclusions to allow a scientific assessment of the proposed oral presentation or poster. Abstracts should be submitted electronically following the instructions given in On-line Abstract Submission.

All abstracts will be reviewed by the oral and poster session chairs as well as the conference chairs, and you will be notified whether your abstract has been accepted for an oral or poster presentation.

Late oral presentation submissions will be accepted only if presentation slots are available; otherwise, they will be considered for a poster presentation. Late poster presentations will be accommodated if slots are still available.

If you encounter any problems with submission, contact ECI at info@engconfintl.org.

Deadlines
Abstracts for oral/poster presentation: March 1, 2011
