Schering-Plough Schedules Conference Call and Webcast for 2007 Fourth Quarter, Full-Year Financial Result

KENILWORTH, N.J., Dec. 27 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Schering-Plough Corporation (NYSE: SGP) is scheduled to announce its sales and earnings results for the 2007 fourth quarter and full year on Tuesday, Feb. 12, 2008.

At 8 a.m. (ET) on that day, Schering-Plough will conduct a conference call to review results for the 2007 fourth quarter and the full year. Fred Hassan, Schering-Plough's chairman and CEO, and other members of management will host the conference call.

The call is scheduled for a later date than usual to allow time to properly prepare consolidated financial results reflecting technical "purchase accounting" adjustments for the November 2007 acquisition of Organon BioSciences N.V.
