Once the training course is completed, then they are certified to be a NSG Cuvette Rep. NSG will never just take a person from the street and have them perform customer service.

Technical Knowledge Training

The Treat People like a Close Friend course teaches how the best way to learn is to learn from the customers. An NSG rep commented, "Our customers keep us sharp and on our toes." By constantly handling challenging questions, the NSG service team has gained tremendous cuvette knowledge.

Besides learning from customers, NSG keeps a large database of quartz cuvette specifications, data sheets, technical memos, etc. Members of the NSG sales team become like a cuvette encyclopedia once the training is complete.

The training course also covers how to relay complex information in a simply and easy to understand way. Customers who contact NSG can access their human knowledge base anytime from 9-5 ET.

The NSG cuvette reps are training not look to get off the phone quickly. They happily stay on the line until all questions and issues are addressed. NSG cuvette reps make their customers feel like a close friend, who is spoken to gently and patiently.

Getting Immediate Action

NSG cuvette reps are trained to get the customers question or request answered immediately. For customers looking to place an order, they can rest assured knowing that each NSG rep will make sure their order is shipped the day it is received.
