The work entitled, "Heritable Targeted Gene Disruption in Zebrafish Using Designed Zinc Finger Nucleases" was carried out in collaboration with the laboratory of Sharon Amacher, Ph.D., Associate Professor of Genetics, Genomics and Development at the University of California, Berkeley.
