WOBURN, Mass., Sept. 3 /PRNewswire/ -- Safecor Health, LLC, a pharmacy services and unit-dose bar-code repackaging provider to hospitals, health systems and long-term care pharmacies, announced today it has acquired the assets of privately held Regional Service Center, Inc. Both companies are based in Woburn, Massachusetts. Terms of the agreement were not disclosed.
A pioneer of unit-dose and bar-coded medications, Regional Service Center, or RSC, (http://www.unit-dose.com) was launched 30 years ago, and today is the leader in its field. RSC serves more than 350 U.S. hospitals and long-term care pharmacies in more than 30 states and the District of Columbia.
