Date:9/23/2010

GREAT NECK, N.Y., Sept. 23 /PRNewswire/ -- Scarguard Labs, LLC, announced achieving the combined ranking of the #2 branded scar product and the fastest growing scar product in the category according to Information Resources, Inc.'s data ending August 8, 2010.

Scarguard MD dollar sales are up 49.5% over the prior year for the four week period ending August 8, 2010. Scarguard MD is also ranked the #2 branded scar product based on dollar sales for the same four week period.

"We are extremely pleased with the most recent consumption results showing the Scarguard MD brand outpacing all other scar brands in dollar sales growth," said Joel Studin, MD, Chief Executive Officer. This is a result of our 2010 advertising campaign supported by Scarguard's extensive retail distribution and the fact that Scarguard, unlike some of its competitors, actually is effective in helping to prevent scar tissue and reducing old scar tissue.* It is important for the consumer to know which products can really help them improve the way they look, and Scarguard MD has been proven in the medical literature and has now sold more than two million units.
