SBT Acquisition Inc. Successfully Completes Tender Offer for Shares of Lifecore Biomedical, Inc.

Holdings Inc. and Lifecore's common stock will be delisted from and will cease to trade on the NASDAQ Stock Market. SBT Holdings Inc., SBT Acquisition Inc. and Lifecore Biomedical, Inc. intend to complete the merger as soon as practicable following the satisfaction of the conditions in the Merger Agreement.
