SACHEM will exhibit at Semicon Korea COEX in Seoul, S. Korea. SACHEM experts will be available at Booth# 1242 to provide an update on TMAH Safety, chemical recycling and the Envure System™, a portfolio of chemical components used by formulators creating wafer cleaning, stripping, selective etching, and photoresist developer chemical solutions.

SACHEM’s Envure System™ is a family of high purity, organic strong bases specifically designed for the stringent requirements of the electronics manufacturing industry. It includes the following chemical components:

Envure CL™& CM™ – used by wafer cleaning formulators for IC applications
Envure DV™ – used in photoresist developer formularies for deep and extreme UV lithography
Envure SE™- chemical components used in selective etching applications
Envure ST™ -performance products for chemical stripper applications requiring little water
