Rothwell, Wolf Elected to Codexis Board

ell Chemicals. In 2002, he was appointed to the position of General Manager of Shell Chemicals global Ethylene Oxide/Glycols business, a position he held until his current appointment earlier this year.

Mr. Wolf has broad executive financial management experience in technology companies at the COO, CFO and Co-CEO level. He currently serves as Executive Vice President and CFO at MySQL, AB, Cupertino, CA. The company produces a leading open source database used by customers to power high volume websites and other business-critical functions. Mr. Wolf is responsible for managing the company's finance operations. Previously, he held financial management positions for public high technology companies including Omnicell, Inc., Credence Systems, Centigram, Apple Computer and Sun Microsystems.

Mr. Wolf holds a bachelor of arts degree from the University of Colorado and an MBA from the University of Denver. He currently serves on the board of Quantum and has been a board member and chair of the audit committee for Nasdaq-listed companies including Komag, Vitria Technology and Registry Magic.
