Robert Zanotti, MD, Is First Lorain County, Ohio Orthopedic Surgeon to Perform Reverse Total Shoulder Replacement

Dr. Robert Zanotti at the Center for Orthopedics in Sheffield Village, Ohio, just west of Cleveland, now offers reverse total shoulder replacement surgery. This innovative procedure relieves pain and restores shoulder function for patients without an intact rotator cuff. Until now, these individuals -- who are not candidates for traditional shoulder replacement -- had been told they "just had to live with the pain."

Sheffield Village, OH (PRWEB) Sept. 1, 2009 -- "Until recently, patients in serious need of shoulder replacement were told they weren't candidates for surgery if they didn't have an intact rotator cuff -- the group of muscles and their tendons that stabilize the shoulder," says board-certified orthopedic surgeon Robert Zanotti, MD.
