Date:2/4/2008

FREEPORT, N.Y., Feb. 4 /PRNewswire/ -- AGI Dermatics, the bio-pharmaceutical laboratory that pioneered DNA research for skincare will introduce four innovative products to the Remergent line: Advanced Retinol Therapy (1% retinol), Progressive Retinol Complex (0.4% retinol), Clarifying Concentrate2 and Complete Cleanser.

"The new products include our first retinol-based formulas and reinforce our commitment to harnessing the power of the industry's most effective anti-aging ingredients," said Daniel Yarosh, Ph.D., President of AGI Dermatics. "Although best known for our DNA repair enzyme technology, the Remergent brand is, at its heart, a superior anti-aging line with a full-range of products that complement each other to prevent, protect, treat and repair photo damage."

Remergent is the brand recommended by top dermatologists across the country to help repair the consequences of sun damage and reverse the signs of photo aged skin. Available from medical professionals, Remergent is the first product line to use sophisticated formulas to target DNA repair, barrier re-building, pigmentary issues, discolorations from the sun and other skin concerns. The introduction of the four new products boosts the scope and the efficacy of the current treatment products.

-- Advanced Retinol Therapy -- is an intensive skin perfecting treatment

formulated with 1% retinol, the highest non-prescription concentration

available, to firm the collagen network, accelerate cell turnover and

minimize the appearance of fine lines, wrinkles, age spots and uneven

skin tone without irritation.

-- Progressive Retinol Complex -- is a skin perfecting treatment

formulated with 0.4% retinol for use on more sensitive skin or as a

first line treatment to prepare skin for the more intensive benefits of

Advanced Retinol Therapy.

-- Clarifying Concentrate2 -- safely and gently diminishes the appearance

of localized discolorations on the face, hands, arms and shoulders.

-- Complete Cleanser -- provides pH-correction to condition and prepare

the skin for optimum formula delivery and treatment results.

The new Remergent retinol products will be introduced in early 2008. Currently, Remergent products are available from dermatologists and plastic surgeons. For more information, please visit http://www.remergentskin.com or call 800-590-4244.
