New System to Streamline Process, Drive Value from Appraisals

OTTAWA, March 17 /PRNewswire/ - Halogen Software Inc., a leading provider of web-based employee performance and talent management software, today announced that it has been selected by Quiznos to provide a system for its employees at the company's Denver-based headquarters.
