Quest Diagnostics Declares Quarterly Cash Dividend

MADISON, N.J., Dec. 9 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Quest Diagnostics Incorporated (NYSE: DGX), the world's leading provider of diagnostic testing, information and services, today announced that its Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.10 per share, payable on January 22, 2010, to shareholders of record of Quest Diagnostics common stock on January 7, 2010.
