Provocative New Fiction Makes for a Fascinating, Fast Paced Read
Date:8/27/2009

The Last Generation to Die is an explosive new work of fiction that could well be tomorrow's scientific fact.

Newport Beach, Calif. (PRWEB) August 27, 2009 -- The Last Generation to Die by Marc L. Paulsen tells the story of Charlie Carr, a Pulitzer Prize winning reporter deeply devoted to his ten year old daughter who is dying of a fatal disease. During the investigation of the mysterious circumstances surrounding the crash of a luxury private airliner he uncovers a biotechnology company that has discovered the cure for many of the most serious of human diseases through the use of stem cell technology. The deeper he digs the more complex and risky things become. Soon he finds himself the subject of an investigation and then targeted for murder as he methodically uncovers a conspiracy between the super rich and the highest levels of government to keep humanity's most sought after treasure exclusively for themselves.

What reviewers say:

"...Driving and singularly explosive, with science fiction meeting science fact... an action thriller that will keep you on the edge of your seat" - Dottie Taylor, Blogspot.com

"With all the twist and turns typical of this genre... this one was food for thought." - The Bluestocking Guide
