Provia Labs’ Store-A-Tooth™ Announces Top Expert in Stem Cell Biobanking as its Scientific Advisor

Provia Labs’ Store-A-Tooth™, a leader in dental stem cell banking, announces the appointment of Joseph C. Laning, PhD as Scientific Advisor to the company. Dr. Laning brings over 17 years of experience in the fields of regenerative medicine, cellular and molecular immunology, and industry experience in biomedical research. He is currently the Senior Director of the Massachusetts Stem Cell Bank and Registry at the University of Massachusetts Medical School, an initiative funded in partnership with the Massachusetts Life Sciences Center.

Dr. Laning will serve as scientific advisor to Provia Labs in areas relating to stem cell therapy research and development, regenerative science and biobanking protocols. An accomplished speaker, he will also be available to give scientific presentations on stem cell science to dental and medical professionals. At a press conference hosted by Provia Labs at last year’s Chicago Dental Society (CDS) mid-winter meeting, Dr. Laning gave an overview of current research into clinical stem cell applications to a gathering of dental trade media.
