Date:7/28/2014

MADISON, Wis., July 28, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Propeller Health, the FDA-cleared digital health solution for chronic respiratory disease, announced the hire of Brad Towle as Senior Vice President, Business and Client Development. Towle will be responsible for driving the company's sales growth, customer acquisition and program expansion.

"Brad's broad experience in healthcare, and specifically his past role in the development of accountable care organizations, brings valuable insight to the company at this pivotal time in the industry," said David Van Sickle, CEO of Propeller Health. "We are excited to have a senior healthcare executive and knowledgeable sales leader like Brad overseeing our customer-focused sales operations."

Prior to joining Propeller Health, Towle was a market president for Aetna's Accountable Care Organization (ACO) Division, working with large health systems on reform strategies. He has over 20 years in senior leadership, sales and operations roles for Healthways, MedSolutions, Select Medical, NovaCare and two companies he founded. Towle holds an MBA with a Healthcare Focus from the University of Massachusetts and MS in Physical Therapy.

"My passion is creating an extraordinary customer experience, from the first contact through an expanding relationship," said Towle. "In my work with ACOs and population health management for Medicare and Medicaid, I developed a strong understanding of the key drivers for health systems and payers, and how they can work together to improve outcomes. I'm excited to join Propeller Health which sits at that unique intersection, bringing together mobile health, patient-generated data and accountable care."
