Prolifiq Launches New Application to Its Dialog Management Platform

BEAVERTON, Ore., April 18, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Today Prolifiq Software announces CONNECT, the newest application to its dialog management platform Life Sciences companies use to realize their mobile strategy. CONNECT allows a field rep to identify, find and connect specialists with health care providers (HCP) via chat, voice, video and screen sharing – immediately, efficiently and compliantly.  Dynamically applying unique business rules, CONNECT provides the specialist notification management and pre-call inquiry details allowing them to prepare for the conversation.

CONNECT establishes real-time, secure, compliant digital communications that sales reps use to direct their customers' medical questions while reinforcing their face-to-face relationships.  What used to take days or weeks now takes minutes.

"CONNECT harnesses the immediacy of mobile," said Hemingway Huynh, CTO of Prolifiq.  "In pharma, the Medical Information Request Form (MIRF) process can take three days to three weeks.  With CONNECT, sales reps compliantly fulfill their customers' medical requests with the appropriate specialist in three minutes."

"The sales rep is becoming an information concierge; their job is to facilitate healthcare providers' access to information that affects outcomes," according to Gartner in a recent Symposium presentation.* "Mobile technologies facilitate new ways for Life Sciences companies to engage their customers and transform how they conduct their business. Ultimately this provides competitive advantage in garnering HCP mindshare."

"Life Sciences companies talk about the customer at the center," said Huynh.  "Now they fulfill that objective by equipping reps with tools that better serve their customers."
