Date:8/19/2007

JACKSONVILLE, Fla., Aug. 16 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- An affiliate of Phlo Corporation (OTC: PHLC) (the "Company") announced today that the distribution of AQUISS(TM) in California has now been expanded to the San Francisco and Napa/Sonoma regions. The additional territories are expansive, including 10 counties and stretching to the Oregon border.

New high-profile accounts that were recently opened include Mollie Stones Grocery in Palo Alto, Zanotto's Grocery in Silicon Valley, Coyote Creek Country Club in Morgan Hill, and Pacific Health Club in Burlingame. Pacific Health Club is an upscale, exclusive club outside of San Francisco that has three sister clubs.

Additionally, new accounts were opened recently in the Oakland area including Star Liquors, S&N Market, and Alamo Liquors.

The Aquiss of Life experience of the week comes from a tri-athlete who has tried many different "hydration" beverages while training. He reported that when he drank AQUISS(TM) at his last competition, he instantly felt the absorption and benefits and was able to improve his time by 13 minutes.

AQUISS(TM) features the Company's Instant Nano Hydration and Cell Armor technologies, providing instant, direct delivery of rehydration and cell-repair-and-protection payloads into the bloodstream beginning through the membranes of the mouth. These Instant Nano Hydration and Cell Armor technologies help provide sustained wellness necessary for life's performances and vigorous longevity. In addition, the Company's nano-encapsulation technology prevents the destruction of its active payloads in the stomach.
