Date:10/5/2010

e partnered with the Philadelphia Eagles' offensive lineman Todd Herremans in support of their new SPO Wellness(TM) product line that promotes healthy living for children and adults.

SPO Wellness(TM) is a line of unique technology-enabling wellness products for the consumer marketplace currently being developed by SPO Medical, a leading developer of biosensor and microprocessor technologies. Initial products include an innovative wellness wristband, known as the Wellness 10k(TM), and a first-of-its-kind heart-rate monitor sports watch. Both products are in the final stage of development and the Wellness 10k(TM) wristband is expected to be commercially available in early 2011.

"There is an urgent need to fight obesity and being overweight and we can do so with the new innovative SPO Wellness(TM) products," said Mr. Herremans. "Both children and adults can utilize these products to remain motivated to reach their fitness goals and live a healthier lifestyle."

"Our first two products will support individuals who want to live healthier lives and perform their daily activities in a smart and responsible way," said Michael Braunold, president and chief executive officer of SPO Medical. "The Wellness 10k(TM) is a unique wristband that promotes greater awareness of how active people should be during their daily routines. Our heart-rate monitor sports watch uses technology that was previously found only in the medical market and conveniently and comfortably provides the user with the much desired information to reach his or her fitness goals. Furthermore, it does not require a chest strap, unlike many other sports watches on the market. We are honored to have Todd Herremans join our team and are pleased to have him as a health advocate using the SPO Wellness(TM) line."

Herremans is currently in his sixth season with the National Football League (NFL). The 6-foot-6-inch, 321 pound lineman successfully transitioned from tackle to starting left g
