Perrigo Company Announces Dividend Increase

ALLEGAN, Mich., Nov. 4 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Perrigo Company (Nasdaq: PRGO; TASE) today announced that its Board of Directors declared a quarterly dividend of $0.055 per share, payable on December 16, 2008 to shareholders of record on November 28, 2008. The new quarterly dividend of $0.055 per share represents a ten percent increase over $0.05 per share paid in the last four quarters.
