Peregrine Pharmaceuticals to Report First Quarter FY 2010 Financial Results

TUSTIN, Calif., Aug. 27 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Peregrine Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (Nasdaq: PPHM) today announced that it will release its financial results for the first quarter of fiscal year 2010 on September 3, 2009 at 7:00 a.m. EDT and will host a conference call and webcast to discuss the results at 11:30 a.m. EDT on the same day.

Peregrine's senior management will discuss financial results for the first quarter ended July 31, 2009 and will review recent operating highlights. A question-and-answer session will follow management's discussion. All interested parties are encouraged to listen to the live conference call or the archived webcast.

The conference call and webcast will begin at 11:30 a.m. EDT/ 8:30 a.m. PDT. To listen to a live broadcast of the call over the Internet or to review the archived webcast, please visit: www.peregrineinc.com. The webcast will be archived on Peregrine's website for 30 days.
