CARLSBAD, Calif., June 12 /PRNewswire/ -- GenVault Corporation today announces Paul J. Mirabella, Chairman and CEO of Naviscan PET Systems Inc., has joined its Board of Directors. Mr. Mirabella has more than 30 years of experience in diagnostic imaging with GE Healthcare where he held leadership roles in technology, marketing and global business management.
