Panther Expedited Services Unveils New Brand; Services Include Ground, Air, Ocean, & Logistics

SEVILLE, Ohio, Aug. 11 /PRNewswire/ -- Panther Expedited Services President and Chief Executive Officer Andrew Clarke announced today the unveiling of a new brand identity positioning Panther as a full-service transportation and logistics provider, offering domestic and international ground, air, ocean, and logistics services.

"We help the world's leading companies manage their global supply chains, and our new brand reflects the portfolio of services we provide," Clarke explained. "Our ability to lower costs and create efficiencies for customers by combining our vast transportation network, advanced web-based technology, and proven procurement practices has allowed us to quickly expand into all segments of the transportation industry," Clarke added.

Clarke's announcement corresponds with the unveiling of a new website at www.pantherexpedite.com. The company's URL and name will remain the same, but the messaging is new.

"After years of managing the industry's most critical shipments, we're bringing the same sense of urgency to delivery of high-value freight to and from anywhere in the world, regardless of the mode," Clarke continued. "So now customers can call us when they want to save money, not just when they are in a hurry. Premium service without the premium price."

The company's rebranding effort includes the theme line, "On Time. On Target. No Exceptions," a phrase that illustrates Panther's evolution from a company focused on managing exceptions to one focused on help
