CRANBURY, N.J., Feb. 11 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Palatin Technologies, Inc. (NYSE Alternext US: PTN) will announce its second quarter, fiscal year 2009 financial results on Tuesday, February 17, 2009 before the open of the U.S. financial markets.

Palatin will also conduct a conference call and live audio webcast hosted by its executive management team on February 17, 2009, which will include discussion of the results of operations in greater detail and an update on corporate developments.
