CRANBURY, N.J., Sept.  6, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Palatin Technologies, Inc. (NYSE MKT: PTN) will announce its fourth quarter, fiscal year 2012 financial results on Tuesday, September 11, 2012 before the open of the U.S. financial markets.

Palatin will also conduct a conference call and live audio webcast hosted by its executive management team on September 11, 2012, which will include discussion of the results of operations in greater detail and an update on corporate developments.
