Date:8/26/2008

JERUSALEM and NEEDHAM, Massachusetts, August 26 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Oridion Systems Ltd. (SWX: ORIDN) today announced an OEM agreement with Spacelabs Healthcare, a leading global medical device and service company.
