Oncothyreon announces March 10th webcast of fourth quarter and full year financial results conference call

BELLEVUE, WA, March 7 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ - Oncothyreon Inc. (the "Company") (Nasdaq: ONTY) (TSX:ONY), a biotechnology company specializing in the development of innovative therapeutic products for the treatment of cancer, today announced that it intends to release its fourth quarter and full year 2007 financial results on Monday, March 10, 2008 after the close of the U.S. and Canadian markets. Following the release, Oncothyreon's management expects to discuss these financial results and give a general business update in a conference call at 4:30 p.m. EST.

The discussion is planned for a live webcast and can be accessed at http://www.oncothyreon.com. It is expected that the archive of the webcast will be available approximately one hour after completion of the discussion and will be posted on the Oncothyreon website for 30 days.
