MINNEAPOLIS, Aug. 20 /PRNewswire/ -- Medication Management Systems (MMS) today announced a new partnership with the North Dakota Pharmacy Service Corporation -- the result of a legislative initiative that established a medication therapy management (MTM) health benefit for North Dakota state employees and other beneficiaries who have diabetes. The MMS Assurance Pharmaceutical Care System(TM) will provide North Dakota pharmacists with pharmaceutical care training and technology to guide and document the delivery of quality MTM services, focusing on improving medication efficacy, safety, and adherence for patients with diabetes and other associated medical conditions.
