Search Initiated to Find Suitable Candidate

WESLEY CHAPEL, Florida, June 20 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- NexGen Biofuels Ltd. (OTCBB:NXGNF) announced today that Eran Rotem, its Chief Financial Officer, who currently lives in Israel, will be leaving NexGen, effective June 2008. The Company has initiated search for a suitable candidate in the United States to fill this position.
