The PowerPlex ESX and ESI Systems detect the European Standard Set and other routinely tested loci, plus the five loci recently recommended by the ENFSI/EDNAP committees. Each configuration offers the option to detect SE33. Multiple configurations allow customers the flexibility to test the loci that are relevant to their region and choose the primer design that will provide the optimal results for their specific lab.

Complete Profiles with Challenging Sample Types
A new buffering system gives the kits increased tolerance to common inhibitors. The use of mini STR loci, (amplicon size less than 150 bp), increases sensitivity to obtain full profiles from low-level and degraded DNA samples. Customers can expect to get more results and more complete profiles with even the most challenging sample types.
