New Health Retreat Gives a Fresh Attitude Towards Disease Prevention
Date:1/28/2009

> As cancer, diabetes and obesity affect more and more people the negative effects of eating fast food and drinking too much coffee and alcohol are becoming clearer. Retreats such as 'Fresh Attitude' are likely to become more popular than traditional package holidays as people begin to take responsibility for their own health.

These week-long retreats take place in stunning countryside locations - participants can choose between flying to Bordeaux in France or to Cape Town in South Africa.

The first retreat takes place in early March, 2009. More information can be found onhttp://www.freshattitude.biz
