NeurogesX to Report Second Quarter 2008 Financial Results

SAN MATEO, Calif., Aug. 5 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- NeurogesX, Inc. (Nasdaq: NGSX), a biopharmaceutical company focused on developing and commercializing novel pain management therapies, today announced it will report results for its second quarter 2008 on Wednesday, August 13, 2008, after the market closes.

A conference call to review the results will begin at 4:30 p.m. ET (1:30 p.m. PT) on August 13, 2008 and will be hosted by Anthony DiTonno, President and Chief Executive Officer, and Stephen Ghiglieri, Chief Financial Officer.

In addition, a dial-up replay of the conference call will be available beginning August 13, 2008 at 8:00 p.m. ET (5:00 p.m. PT) and ending on August 23, 2008.
