He became a certified public accountant (CPA) while working as an auditor at PricewaterhouseCoopers, and served on expert advisory committees of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Financial Accounting Standards Board and the International Accounting Standards Board. Mr. Goodwin holds a bachelor of science in business administration from the University of California, Berkeley.
