Robin, president and CEO, will deliver the Nektar corporate presentation at the upcoming BIO InvestorForum at The Palace Hotel in San Francisco, California on Wednesday, October 10, 2007, at 10:15 a.m. Pacific Time.

The presentation and Q&A session will be accessible via a live audio-only Webcast through a link posted on the Investor Relations, Events Calendar section of the Nektar website: http://www.nektar.com. This Webcast will be available for replay until October 24, 2007.
