Bank of NY (tissue Bank and IVF laboratory) and National Stem Cell Blood Laboratories Inc (cord blood banking program), and its affiliate, Decouverte Cosmetique, Inc. (cosmetics). The Company's investigational products are focused on the improvement of the quality of life for patients and their families. The Company's multi-facetted R&D program has demonstrated results with over 10 patent applications and multiple products ready to enter the market. The Company is headquartered in Mountainside, NJ and has facilities at multiple academic institutions.
