NYU-Poly VP Ubell Recognized for Excellence in Online Learning

In addition to a distinguished career in magazine publishing, including editor of the New York Academy of Sciences monthly, The Sciences, and American publisher of the premier British science weekly, Nature, Ubell is the author or editor of seven books and nearly 60 scholarly articles. His most recent book, Virtual Teamwork: Mastering the Art and Practice of Online Learning and Corporate Collaboration, was published last summer by John Wiley & Sons.

The 2011 Sloan-C Fellows will be recognized at the Consortium's International Conference on Online Learning in Orlando this November.
