NDA Partners Appoints Ellen Teplitzky, JD as Director of its Legal Services Practice

Earle Martin, Chief Executive Officer of NDA Partners LLC, announced today that Ellen Teplitzky, an experienced attorney specializing in business matters and legal support for the pharmaceutical industry, has joined the firm as Director of Legal Services and manager of its legal services practice. NDA Partners provides legal services, including research, expert reports and expert witness and testimony, to top law firms and their clients in cases involving complex issues such as product liability, patent infringement, generic competition, and regulatory agency process. The firm’s expert consultants are some of the most respected and accomplished pharmaceutical scientists and industry executives in the world, including former senior executives from the US Food and Drug Administration (FDA), EU regulatory agencies, and major pharmaceutical companies.

Ms. Teplitzky has prior experience as Vice President of Legal Affairs at Aptiv Solutions, a contract research organization (CRO); legal counsel at Clinical Transfer Technology Group, a law firm specializing in legal services for pharmaceutical and biotechnology clients; Director of Contracts & Legal Affairs at PRA International, an international CRO; and Corporate Counsel Consultant with Lexis-Nexis. She was awarded her LLM degree from King’s College (London, England) with Merit, JD degree from Emory University School of Law (Atlanta, GA), and received a BA in History at Emory College.
