Myngle Best ICT Company at the European Ventures Summit

AMSTERDAM, The Netherlands, Dec. 11 /PRNewswire/ -- Myngle (, the global language platform, has just been announced as the winning ICT company at the Europe Unlimited's European Venture Summit (EVS) (

EVS is a showcase for the most promising Information Technology, biotech & industrial biotech and new energy entrepreneurs from all over Europe to meet and present themselves to active international investors and corporations seeking investment opportunities and partnerships.

The ICT pool was composed by 8 review sessions for a total of about 51 companies, followed by biotech (28 Companies) and Cleantech and Industrial Biotech (respectively 14 and 10 Companies).

"Myngle addresses a real need in the education world and has developed the right solution for its customers," said Stefan Tirtey, from private equity firm Doughty Hanson, one of the jury members. "The market potential is high and the path to growth and profitability defined by Myngle is clear and well thought out. The excellent presentation reflects all this."

According to Tognetti, Myngle is innovative and successful because it changes one of the most traditional industries by bringing education to the online mass market.

"Myngle makes it possible to teach and learn languages anytime, anywhere."

"Besides, teacher and student do not have to be present in the same room. All you need is a computer and an internet connection."

"Especially at this moment, Myngle could prove to be a potentially anti-cyclical business. It is in moments of economic down-turn that individuals and businesses become more cost conscious and pay more attention to budgets, including teachers who have more need for additional revenue sources."

Myngle is creating new working opportunities, also -- or especially -- in countries where unemployment rates are high. The most successful teacher on Myngle comes from Ukraine and has already taught more then 700 lessons so far, more then tripling her monthly salary.
