Morningstar Healthcare Analysts to Discuss Top 15 Biotech Acquisition Targets on Wednesday, March 4 at 11 a.m. EST

CHICAGO, Feb. 27 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Morningstar, Inc. (Nasdaq: MORN), a leading provider of independent investment research, is holding a conference call for institutional investors including portfolio managers at mutual funds, hedge funds, pensions, and endowments. The topic of the call is "The Top 15 Biotech Acquisition Targets" and it will be held at 11 a.m. EST, 10 a.m. CST on Wednesday, March 4.

Damien Conover, CFA, Morningstar's equity strategist for the healthcare sector and the Morningstar Healthcare Observer institutional newsletter, will share the results of analysis conducted by Morningstar's team of 12 healthcare analysts on the 63 biotech companies they cover. The team ranked each company by its likelihood of being acquired based upon a methodology that weighed drug portfolio strength, profit-boosting power, collaborative fit, financial health, and recent stock performance.
