Mold from Sandy Remains a Problem in Rockaways; My Cleaning Products Reaches Out to Help with Its Green Mold Removal Spray

More than two months after it badly hit Rockaways, Hurricane Sandy continues to cause its residents problems. According to a report from the gothamist.com, it particularly left the area with severe mold troubles. And reaching out to help, My Cleaning Products suggested to the victims the use of its green mold removal spray called Molderizer.

Based on the report, the New York Communities for Change, a non-profit organization, and the Office of Public Advocate Bill de Blasio conducted a survey among Rockaway residents about the effects of Sandy. And as its results revealed, about 2/3 of the 1, 200 surveyed residents still live with mold problems or have paid on their own for mold remediation.

However, based on the accounts of some Rockaways residents in a separate report from nydailynews.com, the supposed help from the government to their mold problems was delayed. So, instead of waiting for it, many chose to pay for mold removal processes out of their own pockets.

As said by My Cleaning Products, given that mold spreads fast and causes several health risks, it is easy to understand why many residents decided not to wait for the government's help. And as it added, anybody else who got mold problems should
