Date:11/19/2007

Service finds market average selling price for dental implants in Italy is

nearly 30% less than other European countries

WALTHAM, Mass., Nov. 19 /PRNewswire/ -- Millennium Research Group's European Dental Implant Marketrack service offers insight into an important dental implant pricing trend in Europe. The average price of dental implants sold in Italy is nearly 30% less than that of dental implants sold in Germany, France, and the UK. The presence of many manufacturers offering low cost dental implants in Italy is a chief contributor to this price difference from the rest of Europe.

"With this new Marketrack service, we're bringing clarity to something that was historically hard to quantify," says Chris Shutsa, Senior Analyst at MRG. "Our service will enable us to track this pricing trend over time and allow clients to follow dental implant price fluctuations across Europe."
