and Endurance athletes. It works to counteract the stress that exercise puts on the body through an all-in-one nutritional supplement. During intense training, muscles incur cell damage and fatigue. The body tries to recover itself by automatically rebuilding that damage over time. If the muscles are re-trained before they have fully recovered, muscle repair and development can be inhibited, resulting in potential damage and decreased physical performance.
